Because of Ed's force, I more than doubled what I had written in the short amount of time that I was there. Also, during a 'physical break' to take my mind off of the paper shortly, I did 30 pushups and 60 situps. He held my feet and counted for the situps. It was hard, I am more out of shape than I thought I was. And he also said that if we had to take another physical break, we would go down into the basement and do squats and jumping jacks.
I am almost shocked by how much I was able to accomplish, and while I do have to go back and proofread everything, there are pages of material that were not there before. Therefore, I conclude this post with:
Many thanks, Ed.

Yes, THANK YOU ED!!!!!
No one knew how to really push you, Eric, but Ed stood his ground and pushed you off of your feet. Way to go, Ed! I must say that I would have loved to have been there, but I know that I would have been somewhat of a distraction. Anyway, I am really proud of you Eric. Just think what it would have been like if you started ED'S BOOT CAMP earlier this semester.
Thanks again Ed!
:O)
